Which side of road to ride bike in Thailand?
In Thailand we drive on the left side of the road.
Most roads in Thailand have paved surfaces, there are however many “ dirt “ roads in more remote areas.

Do you need a license to rent a motorbike in Thailand?
Yes. You must have a big bike driving license and international license.
And importantly, the renter must have experience riding a big bike for the safety of the renter and the lessor.
Requirement to rent a motorcycle in thailand?
We keep passport to guarantee our bike or deposit money (Thai baht, Dolla or Euro) instead of putting real passport (the amount of deposit depends on the cc size of the bike/vehicle)
And keep a copy of passport and visa.
How far we can go with your bike?
C&P hires motorcycles for use in North Thailand only, bikes cannot be taken to other countries.
Any insurance included?
The motorcycle for rental in Thailand only compulsory motor insurance. The insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle, but the insurance only covers medical expenses. (There is no commercial motorcycle insurance in Thailand. Many companies that claim to provide such coverage often have hidden exclusions. Be sure to check the details carefully to ensure accuracy and your own safety.)
